There is no point having all the money in this world if you do not have health.  Not surprisingly, it is said that knowledge, practical and positive state of wellness and health offers a greater meaning to our lives, because we will always be able to improve any task or activity carried out.  This leads us to reach a state of self-actualization, ie, the personal satisfaction to achieve some goals and specific work skills  This state of self-actualization can occur only when you have an adequate or optimal health.   

We must be more vigilant about our health care to avoid negative consequences, to the point of neglecting our bodies, and be healthy to ensure our stay in this short life we have inherited.  

  Human beings now know more about the physiology of disease and health mechanisms. 

According to WHO, health is evidence of welfare and defined as "state of complete physical, mental and social.  Well - being.  What is it?  Who defines what is the welfare of every human being?  Think of how much confusion can exist in the minds of humans as to what specifically is wellbeing.  This reflection leads us into complex issues because the concept and the experience of “being” depends on the parameters that define each culture.  We can also think of  to defining the definition of overall well-being, although a conceptual generalization has its limitations.  

 In this framework of ideas, health and illness are subjective experiences. 

  I think every one of us is responsible for creating their own health every day, every moment of our life, this is one of our prime responsibilities!  

 Have you ever thought about the responsibility and power?  Usually we associate responsibility with duty, charge, sacrifice.  Now I invite you to view your responsibility and your power to create options for pleasure, well-being, assertiveness.  Would you like to know who has control of your existence?  Well like it or not, you are solely responsible for your welfare and the results you get in your life to a certain extent.  

 Being healthy is something in which the individual has to be actively involved.  To be healthy is to think, feel and move healthily.  Emotional expression is kind of a health security, this sentiment is the foundation of natural emotions.  

The sensations, feelings, sensory representation of health is that which really confirms and feels wellness.  I feel healthy, I feel good and feel even better and secure  about my health, I feel love, I feel joy, I feel anger because someone has taken something of mine or I believe has been denied a right, I feel sad because I lost someone or something .  My health is the result of the congruence between my inner reality and my external reality.  I mean that health involves the ability to feel and express the emotional polarities of life.  This is to be faithful to what I feel and express it without hurting others.  The congruence between being, living and feeling healthy is what really determines the level of health.  Health is the result of a process that involves this congruence, it is to live life , it is to move, and keep moving . 

 I invite you to return to subjectivity in our perception of this wealth.  You can be healthy.  The doctor makes a general check and says everything your body works well - is healthy - there is no evidence of disease and yet you "feel bad" and still looking for the cause of this poverty of health  ,then ? can you declare that you are healthy?  

 Being well in the physical form can be described as the state of no pain, no functional block, the evidence of no pain, have no injuries, symptoms of illness or injury, unable to move, to speak, breathe, look, hear and feel, eat, play, sleep and rest, ie not be impeded in any of the physical features - organic.  

Hence ,Health is more a mental perception than physical……..

  Being overweight increases the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.  Your doctor may tell you how much you should weigh according to your height.  To stay at a healthy weight, you need to balance the number of calories you eat with the number you burn with their activities.  You can reach your healthy weight and stay there by doing two things: eating right and being physically active.  

 Eating the right foods and proper amounts can help you live longer and live healthier.  Many diseases and conditions, including heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes can be prevented or controlled if you eat properly.  A healthy diet also provides the vitamins and minerals.  

 For people who are at high risk of developing heart disease, taking aspirin every day or every two days can help reduce this risk.  For most people, taking aspirin is safe.  But for some people, aspirin increases the chance of bleeding in the stomach or intestines.  And there is a small chance that aspirin increases the risk of some types of stroke.  Talk to your doctor or nurse about whether taking aspirin is right for you.  

Always make sure you know all about the drug before taking it.  This information will help you get all the benefits of the drug.  It will also help to avoid taking too much or too little of it.  Taking a medication the wrong way can make it worse instead of curing it.
